Nest Pasta Salad

  • Cooked chicken

    Cooked chicken 80 grams

  • Celery

    Diced celery 3 branches

  • Onion

    Onion 1 pcs

  • Red capsicum

    Red capsicum 2 pcs

  • Olive oil

    Olive oil 1/2 cup

  • Lime

    Lime 2 pcs

  • Parsley

    Parsley 1 batch

  • Garlic powder

    Garlic powder 1 tsp

  • Sugar

    Sugar 1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    Vinegar 2 or 3 tbsp

  • Mustard

    Mustard 2 tbsp

Put some water to boil. Add 1 pack of Zar macaron nest pasta to the boiling water for 7 minutes (because of the high quality of pasta you don’t need to add any salt or oil to the water).
Now start to prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil and vinegar into a bowl and squeeze the lime on it. Then add mustard and mix it well. In order to make the sauce thicker and more delicious, add sugar and garlic powder to it.
Mix celery, sliced onion, and capsicum into a separate bowl and add some chopped parsley and shredded chicken to it.
Take out the pasta and let it cool down by rinsing it with warm water and then with cold water(because if we use high temperature pasta, it may cook the vegetables).
Add the pasta to a bowl of vegetables and chicken. At the end, add the sauce and mix them well with each other. Bon appetite.
