Jumbo Shells with Pesto Sauce

  • Garlic

    Garlic 3 cloves

    grounded walnut 100 grams

    Olive Oil 1/2 cup

  • Parmesan cheese

    Parmesan cheese 100 grams

    Diced boiled potato 3 pcs

  • Sweet corn

    Sweet corn 1 cup

    Pizza cheese 1 small pack

Put basils, garlic, parmesan, and walnuts into a grinder. Add salt, pepper and olive oil to it. Mix it well till it turns into a fine paste.
Boil the sweetcorns and peas and after that roast it with the diced boiled potatoes. Add the sauce to it.Leave it to cook for 5 minutes and then take it off.
Put some water to boil with added salt and oil. Add jumbo shells to the boiling water and let them cook for 14 minutes. Take out the jumbos and pour the pesto sauce into each shell. Add some pizza cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C and leave the shells in the oven. Take them out after 10 minutes. Bon appetite.
