Spaghetti with seafood sauce

  • Turmeric

    Turmeric 2 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    Garlic powder 1 tsp

  • Lime juice

    Lime juice 4 tbsp

  • Sliced red capsicum

    Sliced red capsicum 1 pcs

  • Onion

    Onion 1 pcs

  • Tomato

    Tomato 7 pcs

  • Fish filet

    Fish filet 350 grams

  • Mint

    Mint 5 branches

Put some water to boil. Add 1 pack of Zar macaron enriched spaghetti to the boiling water (because of the high quality of pasta you don’t need to add any salt or oil to the water).
Marinate the fish filet with turmeric, lime juice, salt, and pepper. When the fish is well marinated, steam it with some mint leaves.

Put tomatoes, onion, capsicum, garlic powder and mint leaves into the food processor and mix them well. Put the sauce mixture into a pan and leave it to cook.

After 10 minutes, take out the pasta. Add the steamed fish to your pan and mix it with the prepared sauce.After few minutes, pour the sauce over the pasta and garnish it with some mint leaves. Bon appetite.
