Orange Cake

  • milk

    Lukewarm milk 3/4 cup

  • oil

    oil 3/4 cup

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes. Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and whisk it for 2 minutes. Add lukewarm milk and oil to it and mix it for 1 minute. Slowly add Zar orange cake powder and mix it well with a mixer till it turns into a fine mixture. Pour it into the greased cake tin and leave it in the mid-level of your oven for 45-50 minutes. After that, take out the cake and let the tin to cool down. Bon appetite.

Tips:

  • You can exchange the lukewarm milk with lukewarm water.
  • 30 minutes before you start preparing, take the eggs out and leave them at room temperature.
  • In order to keep the cake spongy and fluffy, it better to whisk the mixture in the same direction with circular moves.
  • If your cake tin is deeper, preheat the oven to 175°C and 45-50 minutes baking time, if it’s shallower, preheat the oven to 180°C and 40-45 minutes baking time
  • Never take out the hot cake from the tin, it will break.
