Preparation:
- Sauté meat and garlic while adding garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- When the tomato paste turns dark, add mushroom. When it gets dry, add dried basil powder and parmesan cheese.
- Soak lasagna in boiled water.
- Put the lasagna sheets on parchment paper, put the mix on it and roll the sheets.
- Bake it for 30 minutes in the oven and grill or fry it in a pan. Don’t forget to use the lid.
